Starting at $3,000 and valid for weddings up to 25 guests.

Ceremony Space Rates:

1 hour: $600
2 hours: $1200
3 hours: $1800

Pre-Wedding Coordination

Initial Consultations:

Discuss your vision, theme, and budget.

Venue Management:

Coordinate your ceremony, rehearsal, cocktail hour, and dinner; outdoor and indoor ceremony options available (plan for weather contingencies).

Vendor Coordination:

Secure and schedule florists, caterers, bakers, photographers, and videographers.
Oversee vendor timelines and ensure all services align with your expectations.

Guest Management:

Manage your guest list confirmations and seating arrangements.
Assist with accommodation arrangements at our inns.

Guest Hospitality

Offer concierge-style services for out-of-town guests, including local recommendations for activities.
Provide welcome gift bags incorporating Maine-themed items.

Day-Of Coordination

Ceremony Oversight:

Ensure your ceremony setup is complete and adheres to your vision.
Manage the timeline, procession order, and on-the-spot troubleshooting.

Reception Supervision:

Oversee the setup of your cocktail hour and celebration dinner.
Collaborate with catering and bar teams for smooth service flow.

Guest Experience:

Act as the main point of contact for your guests, answering questions and directing them as needed.
Manage special requests during your event.

Post-Wedding Wrap-Up

Vendor Payments:

Ensure all vendors are paid as per agreements.
